About Chiropractic

Chiropractic is the study of the nervous system and function of the spine. Chiropractic care helps to restore spinal function which impacts the nervous system that ultimately affects all our other systems.

Chiropractic can restore function in an area that is not working properly. Once function is restored in a joint, the ligaments, tendons and muscles related to that joint can start to work properly again. Any organs associated with the nerve supply may also begin to work better. The messages going up and down the spinal cord become more in harmony and hence improvement in other areas can occur, eg sleep, asthma improvement.

What can chiropractic care help with?

Chiropractic care may help with back pain and spinal dysfunction andĀ improve posture. Hip, neck, shoulder, feet, knee and hand problems can all benefit from Chiropractic care. Cranial distortion, learning difficulties, balance and cognitive function may also all improve with Chiropractic treatment.
